Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement (end-user license agreement) between you and Draft for the Draft mobile app and the draftapp.io website. By creating an account, signing in, or using Draft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Draft.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Who we are
Draft is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 62586564 (“Draft”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@draftapp.io.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Draft.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Draft app for its intended purpose: planning and joining group rides. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or any part of the service.
4. Your content
Draft lets you publish content that other riders can see: ride titles and descriptions, route files, your display name, and your profile photo (“your content”). You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the license needed to store, display, and share it within the service so other riders can find and join your rides. You are responsible for what you publish.
5. Content rules — zero tolerance
Draft has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not publish content, choose names or photos, or behave in ways that are:
- abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful toward any person or group;
- pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent;
- illegal, or encouraging illegal or dangerous activity;
- spam, scams, or misleading commercial solicitation;
- impersonating another person, or exposing someone else’s personal data without their consent.
We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that break these rules — without prior warning where we consider that necessary. We aim to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, and we remove content and eject users who violate these terms.
6. Reporting and blocking
- Report. Every ride post has a Report action in its menu. Reports are sent to us directly, and we aim to review them within 24 hours.
- Block.You can block a rider from their post (“Block [name]”). Their rides disappear from your feed instantly, and blocks are flagged to us so we can review where needed. You can manage blocked riders under Settings → Blocked riders.
7. Ride safely, at your own risk
Draft helps riders find each other; we do not organize, lead, supervise, or verify rides or riders. Cycling — especially in a group and on public roads — carries inherent risk. You decide whether to host or join a ride, you are responsible for your own safety and conduct, and you must follow traffic law. Route files are provided by users; check them yourself before relying on them.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Draft is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for damage arising from rides, other users’ content or behavior, or the unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Draft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and content licenses needed to wind down) survive termination.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and we will tell you about material changes where appropriate. Continuing to use Draft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another venue.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
